    Essential for newcomers; we take it back to the fundamentals of Pilates. This class focuses on movement techniques, breath control, alignment, mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • Sweat

    Our high-energy Pilates class that’s heart-pumping and sweat-inducing . Perfect for those looking to boost their endurance, build strength, and have fun while doing it!

  • Strength

    Feel that Pilates burn in our strength class. You’ll find heavier dumbbells, strong spring options, and slower movements to really get those muscles warm and engaged.

  • Stretch

    This class will leave you feeling restored and invigorated. Stretch out those tight muscles after a long day while still getting some movement into your routine.

  • Mumma & Baby

    This is a baby friendly Reformer Pilates class. Designed to strengthen the whole body while creating a safe supportive space for mum and baby. Meet other local mums and build that sense of community.

    Prerequisite: Overall good health, at least 6 weeks post partum

  • Mobility and Core

    Designed for our members who are looking to continue to age gracefully. Focusing on the breathe, mobility and core and pelvic floor strength. This class is limited to groups of 4 to maintain a safe, supportive environment, ensuring you walk away feeling confident.
